Wentzville School District – Wentzville, Missouri
A New 227,055 square foot high school facility with a master plan of 285,000 square feet. Athletic fields included tennis courts, baseball field, softball field, football field with track and grandstand, concessions facility, restroom facility, and practice fields. The project included an irrigation well and irrigation for athletic fields and practice fields covering approximately 6 acres. The design included several innovative energy efficient elements such as high efficiency restroom fixtures, high efficiency domestic water heaters, energy recover and occupancy lighting sensors. Total project construction cost was $40,323,100 (excludes separate site development project cost). Project received a Cuivre River Electric Cooperative Rebate of $30,000 in 2013.
