Oak Hall Retrocommissioning

The project consists of a Retro-Commissioning survey of Oak Hall, a residence hall of approximately 130,000 square feet that is six stories and accommodates approximately 400 students.  This study will explore equipment utilization, with an ultimate goal of further tuning the HVAC systems to reduce fan energy, heating water and chilled water consumption.  Furthermore, the HVAC system controls, HVAC zone controls, lighting, lighting controls and plug loads will be observed.
