Wexford Heritage Building – St. Louis, Missouri

A 60,000 Sq. Ft. tenant build out of a partial area on the lobby level and the entire 3rd floor of the facility.  The spaces were primarily office and call-center applications within the historical nature of the building’s registration and permitting.

Shell and Core Renovation

Wexford Heritage Building – St. Louis, Missouri

Shell and core renovations of an existing historic building into a multi-tenant LEED Certified laboratory and office building. McClure Engineering provided mechanical systems design, electrical systems design, fire protection, and acoustical engineering.

Administration Building Renovation

Nestle Purina – St. Louis, Missouri

Renovation/conversion of a raised floor data center into a computer testing and training facility.  Project included the addition of a ventilation air handling unit with humidifier zoned to serve the multiple training rooms.

Goodfellow Campus Bldg 103 Data Center Humidification

General Services Administration (GSA) – St. Louis, Missouri

The project consisted of adding humidification to a 7,200 sq. ft. data center’s ventilation air system and standalone room humidifiers to a 30,000 and a 24,800 sq. ft. data centers.  The system include RO & DI treated make-up water to the humidifiers. The two larger data center rooms also had a new ventilation air handling unit installed to replace an older unit. The project construction occurred while the data centers remaining operational. Completion Date: 2014

Goodfellow Campus Bldg 103 Chiller Plant

General Services Administration (GSA) – St. Louis, Missouri

A 3,000 ton chiller plant to serve multiple data centers for GSA owned and operated building. The plant is fully redundant with 2n system configuration to maintain operations 24hr/7 day.  The system was installed to replace an n+2 chiller plant (total of 2,400 tons) and support additional loads with the data centers.  The project construction occurred with data centers remaining operational. Completion Date; 2013

Robert A Young Building Cooling Tower Replacement

General Services Administration (GSA) – St. Louis, Missouri

Project included the replacement of two 1,200 ton cooling towers located on the 10th floor roof, as well as the proper integration of an existing 300 ton (third) cooling tower that had not been able to operate with the original two cooling towers. McClure Engineering provided HVAC, electrical systems design, and commissioning services for the condenser water plant for this 1.1 million square foot building. Project cost: $1.3 Million.

Building Airside Study

General Services Administration (GSA) – St. Louis, Missouri

McClure Engineering was commissioned by GSA to perform a two part study on both airside and waterside issues within the building during summer and winter modes, in order to provide solutions to their seasonal issues.  Airside issues included proper circulation, ventilation, building pressurization, economizer operation, “stack effect” and controls. Waterside issues included pumping, chilled water circulation, piping and associated controls.

Interactive Tenant Space Fit-Out

Cardinal Hall of Fame and Museum – St. Louis, Missouri

Interior fit-out of a 6,000 square foot tenant space housing the Cardinals Hall of Fame and Museum. Project includes interior exhibits on the upper floor of the “Cardinals Nation” building located in the newly constructed Ballpark Village. McClure provided electrical engineering design, fire protection, fire alarm and security, as well as HVAC design including standard temperature and relative humidity controls to meet museum standards.

New Addition Biergarten and Kitchen

Anheuser-Busch – St. Louis, Missouri

Project converted a green space between buildings into a featured patio dining area.  Project included radiant heat, audio system, ceiling fans mounted to iron trellis structures, and an outdoor wet bar.   Project also converted a conference room into a food service kitchen with service capacity of over 400 people.   Construction cost was approximately $2,600,000.

AB 210 Bud and Bud Light Hospitality Room Renovations

Anheuser-Busch – St. Louis, Missouri

This project includes expanding the back of house service areas and upgrading the Bud Room to a full service hospitality facility with 3 bar service centers and 3 POS stations.  The Bud Light Room will have upgraded finishes and lighting only.  Total project budget for this renovation is $1,447,000.00.

Anheuser-Busch Executive Offices

Anheuser-Busch – St. Louis, Missouri

Renovation of ninth floor executive suite offices for August Busch IV in A-B Headquarters’ Building.  Renovation included a feature wall of edge lit and fiber lit “plant” locations on an etched glass portrait wall.  Fast track project with 24/7 construction schedule for one week plus follow up 24/3 for millwork trim.
